Before anything else we ran voltage and internal resistance checks on all 69 EVE 3.2V 668Ah cells bound for Thailand. Every single reading landed inside the acceptable range. The customer got a copy of the full test record so they can see exactly what shipped.
Next we performed a torque test on the terminal bolts of each cell. Every bolt was tightened and checked using a calibrated torque wrench to ensure proper contact and prevent loosening during transport or installation. All torque values met the required standard.
With the electrical and mechanical checks out of the way we gave every cell a close visual once over. Surface finish terminal condition labeling everything looked good. Then all 69 cells got wrapped in foam slid into cartons and labeled for Thailand. The last photo shows them stacked and ready to roll.
