Every cell got a full visual pass before it was allowed near a carton. Bent terminals, scratched casings, any visible flaw gets sorted out then and there. Only the clean ones move forward. If a cell doesn't look right under the light, it doesn't ship. Period.

This is standard for every export batch we send out. The checks go beyond looks — voltage, internal resistance, capacity matching, one after another. Why bother? Because when these cells land at a residential solar self-consumption battery cabinet or a telecom base station backup power bank, your installer needs them to perform from day one. No drift between cells, no early fade, no surprises six months in. We do the screening on our side so your site doesn't have to debug it later.

Packing is straightforward but thorough. Foam separators between every cell, reinforced cartons, pallet strapping, shrink wrap. Ocean freight is rough on cargo and we pack like everyone on the route will drop it once. You should be cutting tape on a carton that looks like it just left the line — not one that survived a rugby match.
