Every cell goes through 100 percent on site X ray inspection. The factory also uses AI powered visual defect detection and has more than 200 technology upgrades built into the production line.
Full Lifecycle Safety Guarantee
The system uses a Cloud Battery Manager with over 200 sensing nodes. The cloud based BMS provides millisecond level early warnings and monitors every cell in real time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
