We ran voltage and internal resistance checks on all 85 EVE 3.2V 235Ah cells before they left our warehouse for Canada. Every reading came back within spec. The full test report has been sent to the customer so they know exactly what they are getting.
Next we went through each cell and torqued every terminal bolt using a calibrated wrench. This step ensures solid electrical contact and keeps things tight during transit. All torque values hit the mark.
After the electrical and mechanical checks we gave each cell a close look for any surface issues, scratches, or damage. Everything checked out clean. Then all 85 cells were wrapped in foam protection, packed into cartons, and labeled with shipping details. The final shot shows the pallets ready to roll to Canada.
