A fresh batch of CATL 3.7V 126Ah NMC batteries has been dispatched today, destined for the Netherlands. These cells are heading into European projects where dependable energy storage is non negotiable.Before any unit is cleared for packing, our QC team conducts a full visual inspection. Each cell is examined for casing integrity, terminal condition, and any visible irregularities. Units showing even the slightest concern are removed from the line immediately and do not proceed further. Only fully verified cells advance to the packing stage and final dispatch.
Beyond the visual check, every cell also goes through voltage and internal resistance testing before it is cleared for packing. We measure each unit to confirm consistent electrical performance across the entire batch. This step helps us catch cells that may look fine on the outside but do not meet our electrical standards on the inside. We also run torque testing on the terminal bolts to verify every connection point is secure and will not loosen during operation or transit. Only cells that pass all three checks, visual, electrical, and torque, move forward to packing.
For the journey to the Netherlands, each cell was secured with protective foam separators, reinforced cartons, and tight pallet strapping. Sea freight presents considerable handling challenges, but our packing protocol ensures your order arrives in the same pristine condition as when it left our loading dock.
