Ninety CATL 3.7V 93Ah NMC cells rolled through our QC station today before shipment to Italy. We kicked things off with voltage and internal resistance checks on every single cell. All numbers landed safely inside factory spec. The buyer received a copy of the test data so nothing is left to guesswork.
With the electrical side squared away we moved to the terminals. Each bolt got torqued using a calibrated wrench to make sure connections stay tight during the journey. No loose hardware no post arrival surprises.
After the mechanical checks we gave every cell a close visual exam. Casing finish terminal threads label placement and overall condition all got a look. Everything came back clean. The 90 cells were then tucked into foam lined cartons strapped down and tagged for Italy. The final shot shows the pallets staged and ready to load.
