Today we shipped a batch of CALB 3.7V 169Ah NMC battery cells to our customer in France. Before any cell made it into the packing line each unit went through a complete visual inspection. Any cell showing surface imperfections visible defects or irregular labeling was flagged and removed from the batch. Only units that passed this screening moved forward to packaging and final dispatch.
We run these layered quality checks on every export shipment. The goal is straightforward: deliver reliable lithium ion cells that perform consistently in real world energy storage projects. For our customers this means fewer surprises on site. When you install these cells into your energy storage system you can count on stable performance from day one.
After all inspections cleared the cells were carefully packed with protective foam secured in reinforced cartons and labeled with shipping details for France. The final photo shows the pallets wrapped and ready to load.
