Every single CATL 3.7V160Ah NMC prismatic cell went through full visual inspection before leaving our facility. Any unit showing casing marks, surface defects, or visible damage was pulled out immediately and never entered the packing line. Only cleared cells moved forward to final packaging and outbound shipping.
