Each cell was carefully checked by eye before moving to the packaging area. Any unit with scratches, dents, stains, or other visible flaws was taken out of the line and did not go further. Only cells that looked clean and defect-free were allowed into the final packing stage and then shipped out.
We run these multi-step quality checks on every export order we prepare. Our aim is simple: provide dependable lithium-ion cells for real-world energy projects. By carrying out these inspections here, our customers get consistent performance when installing the cells into their on-site home battery banks or commercial solar storage setups — fewer issues during setup, better long-term reliability, and less downtime.
After all checks passed, the cells were packed tightly with foam padding and cushioning sheets. Each carton was closed, taped, and labeled with care. We want your goods to arrive in perfect condition, just as they left our warehouse.
